You’re Invited to a Special STL.works Industry Convening: Filling the Workforce Gap in Construction and Advanced Manufacturing.

The Regional Business Council’s workforce development program STL.works  aligns students, educators, training organizations, and companies the opportunity   to put young people on the path to a good career and help companies fill the  workforce gap. Shared goals, learning and partnerships are key to creating that success. 

To that end, RBC invites you to a special convening to enhance workforce development success in the construction and advanced manufacturing industries.

This interactive working session brings companies, educators, training  organizations together for a fast-paced, enlightening morning that will feature a moderated panel discussion with RBC leaderson “Equipping and Empowering Students for Workforce Entry,” followed by rotating Breakthrough   Collaboration Sessions to connect you directly with the companies, educators, and training organizations you need relationships with to help create the path       and fill the gap.
