Rung has teamed up with MADE to bring you a taste of manufacturing and the opportunity to join the maker’s movement!
Join us on Thursday, May 25, 6-8 p.m. at MADE for a peek into how the Movers and Makers in manufacturing take raw material and turn it into something meaningful. MADE can help you access the equipment, creativity, and a community of other makers eager to tell you all about it.
Appetizers and refreshments will be provided, so come mix, mingle, and make your own crafts as you explore modern machines and how they’re used to create the products you consume daily. Activities will include demos of a CNC Router and Powder-Coating, as well as opportunities to make your own metal design using a plasma cutter, and/ or a one-of-a-kind Rung keychain using a laser-cutting machine.
At this event, you can also learn more about Rung for Women’s 2023 Fall Cohort and how Rung can help you find a new, rewarding career in less than a year.
