12 weeks, non-credit training provides practical skills, financial literacy and cybersecurity, as well as Microsoft certifications needed to compete in today’s global workforce.

5 week day class or 8 week night class, both are 200 non-credit hour programs that prepare students to enter the commercial driving industry as an over-the-road truck driver.

5 weeks, 48 contact hour, non-credit training provides hands-on instruction to maintain and troubleshoot forced air systems and the basics on how the systems and control boards work.

4 week, hybrid classroom/online non-credit training prepares students for MSSC Certified Production Technician (CPT) “Safety” and “Quality Practices & Measurement” certification exams. Includes OSHA 10-Hour industry credential, team building, employment strategies and computer literacy. Upon successful MSSC CPT Safety and CPT Quality certifications, receive Missouri Manufacturing Technician I Certificate.

IT Help Desk/End User Support personnel, or computer support specialists, provide technical assistance to computer users. Help Desk staff are under pressure to act quickly and efficiently to solve the problem at hand. Personnel in this line of work routinely answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically. The ultimate goal of the Help Desk Staff is to offer first contact resolution as quickly and smoothly as possible. Students who enjoy meeting people, value strong communication skills and have the ability to convey an understanding of technical subject matters are the ideal candidates for this field of study.
