MOWIT is dedicated to expanding opportunities for women to enter and succeed in apprenticeship and careers in the construction and building trades of the greater St. Louis area. MOWIT supports women in accessing and advancing in all construction trades through a variety of programs, including workshops, mentoring programs, scholarships, and workshops for girls.

Week-long summer camp for those entering 11th and 12th grade who love working with computers and digital technologies. Participants will learn about information visualization and big data, compete in an AI challenge, build and program robots, and much more. Program fee includes room, board, meals, and activities.

TechHire helps job seekers rethink, retrain and retool their careers with IT certificates and work experience. Participants learn new tech skills, improve their chances for employment, and build a stronger and more inclusive tech community for the St. Louis area. Morning and evening classes available.

A resource for educators, counselors, and students, GlobalHack uses Google’s CS First Curriculum to provide hands-on exposure to computer programming. Google’s CS First is free, easy to use, and designed for teachers and students with no previous computer science experience. The content is targeted at 4th through 8th-grade students. GlobalHack sends qualified, trained instructors to our partner locations to deliver 8 to 10 weeks of CS First coding curriculum.
